Electric Windmill WE-1000.(Wind turbine).

The electric windmill is the device that allows transforming pure and natural wind energy into electricity widely used by the person in the daily life.

The household electric windmill WE-1000 produce rated out put at 13m/s. That power is stored in battery bank through charger controller. And the inverter produces out put 220VAC 50HZ, 1- phase.

This model can be installed on the roof of house or on ground with tube tower or lattice tower. These turbines have safety in over wind speed. The use of simple and reliable architecture of the construction of the electric machine makes it much cheaply.

3-Self-contained power supply PS2500
   
 
The idea of the creation of the intellectual device, certain "the power vampire", capable to store all possible electric power for the further use of saved up electricity in the household purposes is incorporated in a basis of the self-contained power supply unit. By request of the user the self- contained power supply unit may work in independent mode, supervising the condition of theirs storage batteries, and also the joined storage batteries, to watch the condition of loading and to disconnect independently in a case of overloads or short circuits on the device's output, and then to connect loading again without a human control.

It is applied to supply electrical household appliances in conditions of absence or often switching-off of electric system 220VAC.The principle of accumulation from various sources (windmill, electric systems 220 V 50 Hz, diesel generator) and storage of electric energy in the batteries, further use of saved up energy (in the way of transformation of DC voltage in AC voltage) for maintenance of electro supply of houses, summer residences, gas stations, shops, offices and so on is incorporated in a basis of self-contained power supply unit.
   
 

PS-2500 is the functionally completed block consisting of the following devices:

•  Storage batteries Bank (helium unattended).

•  Charger Controller input voltage from (Wind turbine, Solar, grid, diesel generator) to voltage necessary for the batteries' charge.

•  Inverter to convert DC storage in to AC voltage 220 V / 50 Hz.

•  Controller control the output voltage and of current, and also the control and protection against overload, overheating, short circuit, charge, discharge of the batteries.

•  The indication level of charge of the batteries and current of loading.

PS-2500 is supplied with automatics of connection of grid 220V 50 Hz on the block output at the moment of charge of the batteries and connection of AC voltage from the built – in inverter output on output sockets of the block in case of disappearance of grid. Voltage.

Despite of difficult starting characteristics of asynchronous engines, self-contained power supply unit is capable to provide start and work of engines by capacity up to 2,2 kW with simultaneous active loading of 2.5 KW.

Common work of self-contained power supply unit with diesel generator (motor-generator) considerably increases motor potential of the last and sharply reduces charge of fuel. It occurs due to preliminary accumulation of energy, developed by diesel generator and subsequent rational, dosed out use of it at diesel generator switched off.

4-Joint use of WE-1000 and PS-2500
 

The use of the self-contained power supply unit PS-2500 with the windmill WE-1000 makes possible uninterrupted and independent power supply of small houses, summer residences, shops, cafes, hut, farmhouses, and supply of electrical household appliances.

The principle is simple: the stronger the wind, the more the charge's current, and the battery will charged faster. If the strong wind is blowing constantly, the capacity of the storage batteries can be doubled. Failing wind the user may use energy saved up in the batteries for work of the electrical household appliances.

In the case of the charge of the storage batteries from grid, time of the charge makes 4 hours.

Stock of volume of accumulators of PS2500 is 2000 Watt / hour. In other words, with completely charged storage battery and absence of a source for it charging (wind, Solar, grid etc.) The power consumption occurs as follows: 500 Watt (within 4 hours), 1000 Watt (within 2 hours), 2000 Watt (within hour), and the included refrigerator, 3 economic lamps and the TV set can work up to 10 hours!

For viewing the diagram of time of working of PS2500 (at the completely charged batteries) in the conditions of failing wind and grid 70-220 V / 50 Hz depending on consumable power of loading.

It is possible to store energy for a long time in the charged battery bank; loss of volume is only 2 % per month.

It is possible to use the standard grid or the windmill WE-1000 for the batteries' charge of the self-contained power supply unit, it isn't possible to use another windmills or other equipment not adapted by the company for work with the self-contained power supply unit.

   
 
5- Use of WE-1000 without PS-2500
   
 
The new developed device allowing, to use WE-1000 for a charge of storage batteries 24 V, 12 V and 48 V to the device allows you to use the storage batteries already available at you, capacity necessary for you.
 
   
 

Our controller is developed and made in such a manner that allows connecting to the input any source of electric energy (WE, the solar battery, a city network petrol power stations, etc.) with a range of a voltage from 30 up to 300 V. On an output of the controller always will be the voltage necessary for a charge of storage batteries.

For storage batteries, a voltage 24 V, the maximal current on an output of the controller can be no more than 36A, and maximal voltage will not exceed 28,4 V. This maximal current can provide the controller at reception on the input of a pressure of 80 V. At all excellent characteristics controller charger has the minimal sizes, small weight, does not require compulsory cooling and is not afraid of short circuit.

   
 
6-Power increase
   
 
It is possible to use simultaneously the several complete sets of the windmill + the self-contained power supply unit due to the design features, that allows to increase necessary capacity by the installation of the several complete sets. Increasing capacity of the complex with each new complete set on 2500 Watt. It is necessary to remember that the reliability of the several complexes is higher rather than the reliability of one powerful system, for example at failure of one system of 10KW capacity you may remain without light in severe frost, using our 4 complexes you receive the same 10 KW (4?2500 Watt), but the probability of refusal of all four installations of the complex is twice lower.
